- Mark where you need to drill a hole and place the Chip Catcher over the mark, the magnetic base will hold it in place.
- While drilling, the magnetic shavings are attracted to the magnetic chip collector and contained in the cup.
- When done drilling, remove the cup from the metal panel, place it over the garbage container, and slide the inner cup out of the outer cup.
- Now you can dump the metal chips out, safely without ever touching them.
