<p>    Returned as I dislike products that use tiny batteries when there&#8217;s room for larger ones, and dislike needing to use a screwdriver to get to the batteries.  Poor physical design, probably fine otherwise.</p>

<p>    Great idea horrible execution. If I were to trust this unit I&#8217;d get shocked everytime.The plug portion works, the touchless tester goes off as you get close to any wire AC or DC.It goes off 6&#8243; away from wire sometime more.I&#8217;ve tested in in a granit counter top and it went off &#8220;live wire&#8221;Stick with the known brands like fluke.</p>

<p>    Works well. Pretty sensitive though. Not great for identifying specific wires in a large box. Also a fair bit bigger than I was expecting and is fairly awkward to have in a shirt pocket.The receptical tester works great, readout is the best I&#8217;ve seen and the hot and neutral prongs are the same length making it easy to insert into tamper resistant receptacles. Update: After using it for a few weeks the inked on lettering that explains whether the outlet is wired correctly or open neutral, hot neutral reverse, etc. has started to fade.</p>

<p>    It worked flawlessly for 4 receptacles.Now everything receptacle tested indicates that there is an open ground. Was really concerned until I tested it at my neighbour&#8217;s place, to prove that the unit is faulty, not the wiring. I noticed that if you wiggle it, it will get the proper connection and say that it&#8217;s correct.If anyone is wondering, no, it was never dropped.the non-contact tester works&#8230;. for now..</p>

<p>    Je l&#8217;ai testé dès son arrivée à la maison. Fonctionne très bien et facile d&#8217;utilisation. Concernant la durabilité, difficile d&#8217;évaluer cela après moins d&#8217;une semaine mais c&#8217;est un appareil léger alors si vous l&#8217;échappez, j&#8217;ai l&#8217;impression qu&#8217;il se brisera en raison de sa fragilité &#8221;apparente&#8221;.</p>
